When Planning and Execution Don’t Connect, Performance Suffers
Distributors and private fleets often rely on disconnected tools for route design, driver bids, daily routing, load planning, and driver pay. The result? Manual workarounds, limited visibility, inconsistent decisions, and underutilized assets—making it harder to run a predictable, efficient operation.
Bring Planning and Execution Together
In this webinar, Descartes and BFC show how integrated planning and execution unlock a unified source of truth—from strategic route design to daily routing, load planning, and driver pay. Learn how aligning these decisions improves fleet and labor utilization, strengthens operating ratios, and delivers more consistent service.
Attendees will learn how to
- Connect strategic route planning and driver bids to daily execution
- Align routes, stops, and loads with driver assignments
- Translate planned work into accurate, consistent driver pay
- Improve fleet utilization while supporting predictable service levels
